AI chat: The website offers an AI assistant (“Excellent PRO AI”), clearly marked as such. You are talking to a program, not a person. Answers are generated by a language model of an external provider (Anthropic, Google, Mistral AI, OpenAI or xAI), are for information only, may contain errors and do not constitute an offer or professional advice. Please do not enter personal data in the chat. Conversations are stored for 90 days.

Online trainings: Free live trainings in Polish, sign-up with e-mail confirmation on /szkolenia. Participation is free and does not create any contract.

Prohibitions: False data, automated bots, hacking attempts, unauthorized content duplication.

Intellectual property: The Excellent PRO brand and all product names are intellectual property of the Operator. Duplication without permission is prohibited.

Applicable law: Polish law. Disputes with consumers are heard by the court competent under general rules; these Terms do not limit consumers’ statutory rights. Disputes with businesses: court competent for the Operator’s registered office.
